I don’t remember every detail of the back-and-forth, but I definitely remember having to follow up twice just to get a basic reply. Not the worst experience ever, but it did feel more difficult than it needed to be...

I was a little unsure at first, but i did feel a noticeable difference today. My mind felt clearer and less all over the place, which made it easier to just sit down, focus, and actually get through what I needed to do. I ended up getting more done than I usually do, and it didn’t feel like I was constantly fighting distractions the whole time...

The return process was kind of confusing, and it took longer than I expected to get my refund. Support did get back to me eventually, though the replies felt a little slow. Not the smoothest experience, but they did sort it out in the end

I’m kind of on the fence about this. It might be working, but I can’t really say for sure, and the science behind it feels a little thin to me. Maybe others will notice more of a difference, but I’m still not fully convinced.

I’ve been using my Pulsetto most days, and the battery has been really good. I don’t have to charge it very often, and when I do, it charges up quickly. Overall, I’m happy with it

It works well overall, but the strap kind of made my neck itchy here and there. I was wearing it for a while and my skin get a bit irritated sometimes, so just something to keep in mind.

I found pulsetto really simple to set up, and I barely had to read anything before getting started. The app is clear, and using the device day to day has been easy. Every now and then the connection takes a little longer than I’d like, but it’s not a huge deal. Overall, I’m happy with it and I’d definitely mention it to a friend if they were looking for something like this

i got my pulsetto setting it up was a lot simpler than i thought it would be. the app walked me through pairing it and showed me where to place it, so i wasn’t just guessing the whole time. i also liked that it didn’t overload me with a bunch of unnecessary screens.

the onboarding was clear enough for me, and i’m definitely the kind of person who usually skips instructions. it probably took around 10 minutes before i was actually using it. small thing, but the tips before the first session were genuinely helpful

At first the stimulation felt kind of tingly, which was a little weird, but definitely not painful!!! I do like that there are different intensity levels to choose from, though a few of the jumps felt stronger than I expected!!! Overall it’s good, just takes some adjusting!!!

I like that I can switch up the session length and choose different programs based on how I’m feeling that day. Some of the menus sorta took me a little while to figure out, but overall it’s been working well for me.

I was really hoping this would help me sleep through the night, but i’m still waking up most nights. It’s not terrible or anything, maybe it works better for other people, but for me, I haven’t noticed a big change yet. Kind of disappointing, because a full night’s sleep sounds amazing right about now.

It’s a good device overall, does what it’s supposed to do and I haven’t had any major issues. I just keep feeling like the price is a bit high for what you get. Not bad at all, just... maybe a little overpriced

I used pulsetto for a few weeks hoping it would help calm down my headaches and migraines. It does feel relaxing here and there, like it’s doing something with that calming sensation, but my migraine pain still came back like usual. For what it costs, I expected more. It’s not totally useless or anything, just didn’t make enough of a difference for me.

I wasn’t totally sure about the fit when I first put it on, since neck stuff can be hit or miss for me. But after wearing it for a bit, it actually felt really comfortable. It sits nicely without feeling too tight or irritating, and the material is soft enough for regular use. Depending on what you’re using it for, I think it does the job well. It also stays in place better than I expected. So far, I’m happy with it and don’t really have any complaints.

I’ve had this for a while now, and it still works really well. Compared to a few other similar things I’ve used, this one has held up better than I expected.

It arrived in fine condition, so no complaints there, but it was a little late. Not sure who’s in charge of the timing, but whoever runs this could definitely do a better job keeping things on schedule.

The device itself seems fine, but the app makes it really hard to keep using it. It disconnects a lot, and a few times it just froze right when I was trying to start a session. The layout isn’t very intuitive either, so I end up tapping around just to find basic things. After paying this much, I kind of expected a smoother experience, and it makes me a little wary of whether I can really trust it long-term. I hope they fix the app soon, because right now it’s frustrating.
